This app developer doesn't seem to expose a way for the mobile app to get these upsell/gift items. I just sent them an email to verify and to see if they have an appetite for enabling this.

I'm not optimistic because it likely falls outside of their focus, but we'll see what they say.

We may choose to implement upsells ourselves or potentially find another app developer who does let us integrate with them.
